The jewelry you are purchasing is made to last, but like most handmade items, it is delicate! Please take extra care when wearing it daily. Limit contact with rough surfaces and other metals to avoid scratching and limit exposure to direct heat and liquids. Keep jewelry dry and put on after use of lotions, oils, or cosmetic and body products. Be sure to take jewelry off when bathing, sleeping, exercising, swimming, etc...

Each product page includes individual descriptions of metals and materials. Many styles are coated in a layer of high quality 14k gold which is thicker than the industry standard - if the gold ever begins to fade, we are happy to reapply the gold coating to your jewelry. This change is not a production fault, it is a natural part of wear and tear that happens with natural metals when worn often and we recommend having it professionally re-coated by us whenever needed. Please note that styles in brass and sterling silver may naturally develop a patina over time, which can be a gorgeous and unique transformation of your jewelry. To brighten these metals, use a high quality polishing cloth like the one found here. Do not use jewelry cleaner or polishing clothes on Vermeil/gold coated items.

Stone pieces should be handled with extra care! The stones have been cut by hand and feature unique natural properties with unusual or rough textures and various scales of hardness and strength. Some gemstones could break if dropped or hit against a hard surface. Opals and turquoise are particularly fragile porous stones and can discolor when exposed to chlorine, salt water, and harsh chemicals.

All jewelry should be worn and treated with love & care to ensure long lasting wear.

Repairs

Although all jewelry is crafted for durability and longevity, it is inherently fragile and susceptible to wear and tear over time, so occasionally repairs are necessary. We’re happy to provide repairs either for free or a small fee, depending on the situation. For repairs or replacements please contact us with a note explaining what needs to be repaired. Repair prices and lead-time depend on the nature of the repair needed. Please note that you will be responsible for additional shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.
